Account and Data Deletion

Safe Working Cycle Site users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. In the app, open Account → Delete Account and confirm the request; or
2. Email itdevedept@gmail.com from the account email address. Include your username, company and the words “data deletion request”.

What is deleted

We delete the user account, personal profile information, login credentials and personal information associated with the account. Project records that must be retained for contractual, safety or legal purposes may be retained in an anonymised or access-restricted form.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 working days. We may contact the requester to verify account ownership before completing the request.
